The company is equipped with 5 lines of cotton, polyester, linen, ramie and blended and 2 lines rotary screen printing machine controlled PLA system. It owns Singering, Desizing scouring, Bleaching, Mercerizing. Themosol Dyeing, Sanding, Compressive Shrinking machine and 40 sets of H.T.H.P. overflow dyeing jigger controlled by CCCS (central computer control system). With the advanced equipments, the products of the company make a large breakthrough in fine quality and frontiers of development.
Relying on superior equipments, advanced technology, perfect basic installation and tester, the company has an annual productive capacity of dyeing and finishing chemical fiber of 50 million meters, cotton ramie linen and its blended fabric of 85 million meters long and every kind of cotton finishing 5 million meters such as no-iron finish, Teflon finish (Dupont Teflon oil and water protection), flame retardant finish, UV protection, peach finish etc.
